Tina Gage welcomes you to the Devonshire Arms at Dore - a traditional family pub which she has been running with her two sons Daniel and Oliver for the last seven years.
The inn is set in the heart of the picturesque village of Dore, where ducks and geese famously roam free as part of daily village life.
The Devonshire Arms is open seven days a week: Sunday to Thursday 11.30am until 12.00am and Fridays and Saturdays 11.30am until 1am.
There is a wide range of draught beers on offer, including six hand pulled bitters and four premium draught lagers.
Weekly events include Wednesday night quiz and play your cards right for cash and drinks token prizes from 9.30pm. Thursday is live music night starting at 9 pm, with each week a different popular vocalist appearing.
Sky Sports is shown throughout the pub on four large screen televisions and there are two sky boxes, which means that a variety of sport action can be shown simultaneously.
A three quarter sized snooker table is situated in the top bar area, as well as a range of gaming and quiz machines.
Smokers are accommodated with a large undercover heated and well-lit area at the front of the pub.
To the rear is a lovely lawned large beer garden with colourful flowerbeds, seating up to seventy guests.
A large separate car park takes you through the beer garden and into the pub.
Food is served Monday to Saturday from noon until 2.30pm and Sundays mid-day until 4pm. All fresh produce is sourced locally and cooked to order to ensure the highest quality and standards.
There is a function room with french doors leading out to the garden and is available for, christenings, birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, funerals and any other occasion you may wish to discuss.
Families and children are welcome until 9pm.
Walking groups are most welcome and accommodated.
