Above the famous Gibson Twin Neck the first in the country
Frank White originally bought this twin neck Gibson guitar for 460 pounds in the 1960's.; at a time when the same money would have bought a terraced house in Sheffield. With a 6 string and a 12 string neck, it was made specially by Gibson guitars of Kalamazoo, Michigan and took two years to arrive. The guitar featured on the cover of his 1973 album "Nice To Be On Your Show". He sold it in the late seventies and had not seen it again until it was bought by Phil Brodie. As a teenager Brodie had watched Frank play the guitar in the sixties and went on to become a guitarist himself.

Frank performs regularly at the Upperthorpe Hotel in Sheffield with the Hillbilly Cats who are the resident band and have been together for over 30 years. In addition you will find Frank in many different areas around South Yorkshire so keep an eye on the events for where and when.
