I suppose it all began about 40 years ago when my father, Fred, decided to open his own piano business after many years training and working in other peoples music business. As a result I've always been around the music industry one way or another since I was born

I didn't however actively participate in the industry until october 1990 setting up Frets 'n' Keys after being a scientist for the previous 11 years for a subsiduary of Britain's National Coal Board.

Since then the business has continued to grow and flourish believing in giving our customers good friendly advice and service, good products and good value for money.
