Situated on Chatsworth Road at Brampton, Chesterfield, The Grouse Inn offers an extremely warm welcome from landlord, Nigel Scattergood and team.  The traditional style of the exterior of the pub is a contrast to the wonderful ambiance inside, where the upmarket decor compliments a wonderful welcoming feel of being a locals bar.  Raised leather seating around the room and in the window spaces give the chance to enjoy a seated drink at standing level, and the opportunity to watch the outside world go by.  

Nigel prides himself on his dedication to providing good live entertainment, with bands being the focus of Friday night.  In addition to this you will find something happening on occasion dates such as Valentines night, bank holidays etc. 

The Beer Garden lends itself superbly to live music, and The Grouse Fest has become a popular annual event on
August Bank Holiday Monday with bands playing outside all day amid a fantastic party atmosphere.

The Grouse is a typically friendly local pub, serving various real ales.   Situated next to Brampton Brewery offers you an excellent opportunity to sample local real ales such as Golden Bud and Wasps Nest to name but a few.

Wednesday night is a fun trivia quiz with a chance to win a gallon of ale.




You can catch all major live sporting events, particularly at the weekend and enjoy the availability of 6 televisions, plus 2 big screen tvs.

Quiz machines, Cash Machine and pool table - Monday is host to the pool league.

There is disabled access and limited parking to the side of the pub.
