In Helsinki ----- (Sammy D – Vocals), (Pat - Lead Guitar), (Bambi - Drums), (Bower - Bass/Backing) and (Dave - Rhythm Guitar)

Starting out in 2010, In Helsinki are a 5 piece indie/rock band with a varied range of influences producing an avalanche of rocking indie tunes combined with emotive lyrics seeping with desire.

After their first gig in November 2010 the band went on in early 2011 to record their first ep. 'Let Go' at G2 Studios Sheffied.

The band produced a more than pleasing first effort with some thumping beats interlaced with infectious melodies through 'Timebomb', 'Self-Righteous Bastard' and 'Hearts A-Bleading' along with hazy track 'Sway' that set In Helsinki on their way.

After gigging mainly round Sheffield, acquiring confidence and recognition, In Helsinki are beginning to weave their way into the local music scene.

With new songs ready, to go into the studio over the summer to record ep number two. The band are looking to advance with a set of moody, melancholic numbers to bring a more distinctive edge to thier sound.
